Frequently asked questions
What's included in the per-letter price?
Everything: property data, skip-traced mailing addresses, printing, first-class postage and mailing. There are no separate list fees. Optional add-ons (extra suppression/NCOA processing, premium templates) are shown as line items.
Are postcards cheaper than letters?
Yes. Postcards have a lower cost basis and their own tier pricing. Letters are the default for investors because they feel personal and drive higher response; postcards are popular for realtor farming at scale. See letters vs. postcards.
Is there a minimum order?
You can mail as few as one letter. Very small orders sit in the Starter tier at $3.75 each.
When am I charged?
At checkout, after we validate addresses and trim the list to deliverable records — so you pay for what actually mails, not for bad addresses.
Do prices change with data or postage costs?
Tiers assume a blended cost of about $1.50 per letter. If postage or data costs move materially, pricing may be revised — but you always see the exact price before you pay.
