KonehMail ("we", "us") provides a platform for building targeted real estate direct-mail campaigns. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, billing information via our payment processor), the campaign criteria and lists you create, and property/owner data we license from third-party data providers to fulfill your campaigns. We also collect standard usage and device data.

How we use information

To build and mail your campaigns, validate addresses, process payments, provide your dashboard and support, and improve the service. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Property & owner data

Property and ownership data is largely public record. Owner names and mailing addresses are personal data; we process them to fulfill lawful real estate solicitation on your behalf. We honor opt-out and deletion requests and maintain a permanent do-not-mail suppression list.

Your rights

Depending on your state (e.g., California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
