By using KonehMail you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

The service

KonehMail lets you build targeted property lists and have letters or postcards printed and mailed via our fulfillment partners. You're responsible for the content of your mail pieces.

Acceptable use

You certify that you'll use lists and mailings only for lawful real estate solicitation — not harassment, stalking, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose. Mail content must be truthful and must not imply an official or government affiliation or use deceptive "final notice" framing.

Prohibited

Reselling or redistributing the underlying data, mailing to suppressed or opted-out recipients, and any use that violates applicable advertising, privacy, or consumer-protection law.

Payment

You're charged at checkout for the deliverable list after address validation. Fees are non-refundable once mail is submitted for printing.
